For in stock rings they ship from my home in less then a week and arrive usually with in 2 weeks see below for more details. If you have an order with me right now and you would like to get one of my in stock ring I just put up Feb the 5th just let me know.
This is a message to anyone wanting to order anything custom made. I am very broken right now and I just able to walk again I can do a little work now but it is very minimal. So I can not take any new orders at this time (jan09) with a set time line. You are welcome to place an order but I can not give a time line but I expect some time early summer unless people go crazy with the orders. As of May 14th you guys have made far to many orders please consider the in stock rings otherwise be prepared for a long wait you are warned. I also can not keep up with my email as it makes me sit for to long and then I have no time do the basics like make food for myself and some craft. I have a disc herniation at the base of my spine that is sitting hard on the nerve, I have to take it easy for a while as I am getting better, in fact I regained all feeling in my foot.
Any order you may have now that is still "pending", you can see the status of your order when you log into this website, is welcome to change your mind about the order and ask for a refund (contact me via my paypal email please), otherwise I thank you for your patience and your projects are on the top of my list.
Shipping information
I charge nothing for general shipping that will arrive 12-16 days for most of NA and Europe and about 2 months "international". I know 2 months is a lot but it is what Canada post has for their information, it usually take 2 weeks though.
There has been a lot of people asking about shipment to the UK from November until January shipping time is more "international" and much more then the normal 2 weeks. Also you Australians I do live on the other side of the world so shipping does normally take over 2 weeks and fast shipping is outrageous.
If you would like shorter shipping times let me know, we can set that up but it will cost something.
Returns
Returns are not a problem when it is a problem on my end, like I sized the ring wrong or sent you the wrong item I do what I can within reason to make things right. This is a return so I will not send out new items without the old one in hand. Then we get into the other situations.
First situation
You break your item doing whatever. You must pay for shipping and I will make you a new whatever or something of equal value for up to 2 months. I will also replace anything before 2 years at 75% of the website prices.
Second situation
You have given me the wrong measurements, you do not like the item for whatever reason and you want to try another one. These things happen. I charge 1/3 the cost the item as a restocking fee with a minimum of $20 Canadian.
Third situation
Hopefully this never happens. If you want your money back I am sorry, I can not get my time back either so we would have to talk it out and see what we can come up with. |
