This is a message to all my current customers and ones that would like to be. To start off I am only one person and after 2 years of continued growth I have finally reached a point where I can no longer maintain proper communication and speed of which I strive for.
I am not stopping my work that I currently have. I have cut over 20 hours a week from my other work to focus on this site. And that includes working on new projects for this site as well as some commissions I would like to work on.
So as of June 15th 2008 Any order made on my site will not even start until around mid August.
As of July 14th, your orders are still coming in and this link is being clicked on, so please know that orders of items on this site will not start until mid September.
As of August 5th I am now taking custom orders (anything from the gallery) to be finished for December 01/08.
Any order you may have now that is still "pending", you can see the status of your order when you log into this website, is welcome to change your mind about the order and ask for a refund, otherwise I thank you for your patience and your projects are on the top of my list right now.
Shipping information
I charge nothing for general shipping that will arrive 12-16 days for most of NA and Europe and about 2 months "international". I know 2 months is a lot but it is what Canada post has for their information, it usually take 2 weeks though.
There has been a lot of people asking about shipment to the UK from November until January shipping time is more "international" and much more then the normal 2 weeks. Also you Australians I do live on the other side of the world so shipping does normally take over 2 weeks and fast shipping is outrageous.
If you would like shorter shipping times let me know, we can set that up but it will cost something.
Returns
Returns are not a problem when it is a problem on my end, like I sized the ring wrong or sent you the wrong item I do what I can within reason to make things right. This is a return so I will not send out new items without the old one in hand. Then we get into the other situations.
First situation
You break your item doing whatever. You must pay for shipping and I will make you a new whatever or something of equal value for up to 2 months. I will also replace anything before 2 years at 75% of the website prices.
Second situation
You have given me the wrong measurements, you do not like the item for whatever reason and you want to try another one. These things happen. I charge 1/3 the cost the item as a restocking fee with a minimum of $20 Canadian.
Third situation
Hopefully this never happens. If you want your money back I am sorry, I can not get my time back either so we would have to talk it out and see what we can come up with. |
